Returns

We accept return requests only if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

The item must be:

• Unused and unwashed.
• In its original condition.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and other service fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement (subject to product availability).

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

• A refund, or
• Store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Product Images
• Unboxing Video
• Description of the issue
